ALL IN ONE, BLUETOOTH BATTERY MONITOR WITH DIGITAL DISPLAY

The BMV-712 is Victrons latest evolution of their ever popular BMV range of battery monitors. The BMV-712 has the added benefit of integrated Victron Smart technology; which implements Bluetooth (as in many other Victron Energy products) – giving wireless communication between various products.

Victron Smart technology simplifies system setup, monitoring and firmware updates using the free VictronConnect app.

The shunt is equipped with a VE.Direct port and a connection that can be used for: monitoring a second battery, midpoint monitoring or a temperature sensor.

Display
This is personal preference.  The items you select in this section at the items that will be available to scroll through on your display.  If you are not connecting voltage cables to your start battery for example, then you can turn off that selection.  If not using temp sensors, then turn that off too and finally the mid-point voltage sensing is rarely used so if not using, please turn off.  The rest of the items are up to the individual on whether you wish to see them or not
Misc
Monitor mode Battery monitor
Aux Input If not connecting voltage sense wire to start battery, then change to "None"
VE Smart Networking
If you have multiple Victron Smart devices, create a network on the Battery monitor, then add each smart device to the created network.
