Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not happy with your purchase, change your mind or make an incorrect purchase, you may return the product to us within the first 30 days for a refund (minus shipping cost if it is a change of mind/incorrect purchase). The product must be returned in the original packaging, in a new and unused condition, free of defects with all accessories, cables and spares. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  This will allow us to properly evaluate the issue and make it right.  If you choose shipping protection at checkout, then any damaged caused during shipping will be covered.  If you choose to remove the shipping protection policy at the checkout, then you assume all responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will invoice/refund you the difference for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Most banks and paypal will take up to 7-10 business days to process credit card refunds which is very painful, but totally out of or control.
