All products sold here at Offroad Living come with a “30 day” return policy.
If you order incorrectly or simply change your mind, you may contact us to request a return of the goods. We do however have a couple of minor conditions to ensure we can re-sell that item once received by us.
Firstly, please contact us first before sending any item back to us, to make sure it doesn’t go walkabout.
Any item returned to us must be received by us in the same re-saleable condition that it was sent to you in. In must be in the original box and packaging in an un-open condition, free of damage (both physical and from water).
We don’t charge our customers for our express delivery service. Because of this, you do decide you wish to return an item, we may (at our discretion) charge a reasonable/modest fee (if any) to cover our original shipping costs, selling fees and re-stocking of the item. We will advise you of this as part of the approval process to return the goods. Return shipping costs will be borne by you.
This returns policy is independent of your rights under Australian Consumer Law, statutory consumer warranties or the 12 month warranty provided by us on all products. These rights and your rights and obligations during the Warranty period our outlined in the “Offroad Living Terms & Conditions of Sale” which can be found here.
Outside of incorrect orders, we are confident you will be more than happy with your purchase and will love using our products.
