When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally dispatched the same or next business day after they are received. Custom orders or limited stock items can cause delays, in which case we will advise you of shipping times.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email within 48 hours of placing your order, or if your order is urgent, please contact us at email@example.com.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping is generally included in our pricing, however remote locations and some non-metro areas can incur a surcharge on larger deliveries, such as the generator. Please contact us prior to ordering if you feel a surcharge may be applicable to your order.
What happens if I need to change my delivery address?
Please contact us immediately on 0411067777. If your order has already been despatched a fee may apply to re-direct.
Can I pick up my order?
Pick ups can be arranged from our warehouse in Joondalup, WA, 6027. This must be arranged prior, please contact us on 0411067777 or firstname.lastname@example.org to organise.
